Customer Survey - Understanding your travel needs
Over the past 16 months, we have continuously adapted our services to meet the current demand. We’ve frequently reached out to our customers to better understand travel requirements and have welcomed all feedback.
As restrictions are further eased, we shall continue to monitor all services with the aim of increasing journeys across our network.
